We are pleased to host the inaugural Canadian Hidradenitis Suppurativa Symposium (CHSS), a multidisciplinary event taking place on May 10, 2025, in Toronto, Ontario (Hilton DoubleTree, Chestnut Street).
This landmark symposium will bring together dermatologists, gastroenterologists, rheumatologists, surgeons, primary care providers, and allied health professionals to explore innovative strategies for managing Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). With a strong focus on advancing research, improving clinical care, and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, CHSS provides a unique opportunity to support healthcare professionals and improve outcomes for patients affected by this challenging condition.
The meeting aims to:
Share the latest research and clinical insights on HS.
Explore current and emerging treatment options, including biologics and small molecules.
Foster multidisciplinary collaboration to improve care for HS patients, particularly those with complex co-morbidities such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis (PsA).
Discuss challenges in patient care, including early diagnosis, paradoxical reactions, and access to timely treatment.
Highlight innovative approaches, including procedural interventions, surgical techniques, and emerging technologies.
